It's about the Finish...
All lumber is dried in new state-of-the-art conventional steam kilns for 72 hours. This process produces lumber with superior milling characteristics. All lumber carries an MC 15 grade stamp guaranteeing a moisture content at or below 15%. Planer mill consists of three production lines including a separate pattern line. All S4S and patterns are available in #2 and D & Better. All #2 patterns are run from a selected highline #2 stock, not "#2 common" (except center match and shiplap).

- Grading Agency: Southern Pine Inspection Bureau (SPIB) Mill #201
- 100% One-inch SYP on-site production S4S and patterns
- All lumber has HT (Heat Treated) grade stamp 15% moisture content
- Pattern Finishes: Available in grades #2 and D & Better.
- Reverse patterns available. Both faces have a specified profile. (i.e. #116/#122)
- Pattern bundles and D & Better S4S are plastic wrapped
- 4' and 6' HT-stamped shorts in grade of #3 & Better also available
